So last night i was lightly sleeping when i started to smell this burnt plastic smell. I laid there thinking what it could be and finally i got up to check things out. I thought that it a bag i left on the stove. so i got up and instead of checking the stove i immediately went out side. Yes in my garmies...i noticed smoke outside so i went back in grabbed a blanket and by then trav was wondering what i was doin. we both went out and yep lots of smoke.
trav went to the apt. below us cuz that's where we saw the smoke. he openned their laundry/storage room and all this smoke. As he went to getting them out i immediately put on close and grabbed sean and called 911.
Trav is using the fire extinguisher and the firemen show up. i'm not gonna lie i was really hoping for some real hot ones. i've seen them playing ultimate frisbee at the park like every day. Yeah i was excited. they get there and granted its 2:30 in the morning but still they were all old guys with guts. the only misterious one was this guy who was the only one in his gear. mask and all. everyone else was in their blue pants and polos. when it was all done get gets out of his outfit and BAM! IT'S A LOOKER! I then realized they hid him under all that heavy crap cuz they were jealous. he was the token hot guy! lol
anyways turns out the people below us overloaded their dryer and something caused to catch fire. so our apt stinks soooooo bad now of burnt plastic. we stayed our at a friends our house cuz it was so bad. today i've been fighting with the manager of the complex cuz she thinks the smell is not there. she came over to inspect the damage and said she didn't smell anything. it wasn't until i made a bunch of complaints and the cleaning crew for the apt below us came up and check it out that she believed what i was saying. so now i get my whole apt cleaned. carpets and all!!! WOOT WOOT!!!
so yeah i save lives and get things done! like gettin my place cleaned for FREE! lol

Only you would be checking out the firemen while your apartment building burns down! But I do agree...firemen should be hot. (hey, another play on words!)

Do you watch them play in the park next door to my apartment? I love when they have CPR class out there..yes they do that at the park to! We should schedule a play date next class! ha ha!
